real impact.
Real relationships,
At Pathways to Restorative Communities (P2RC), our work is measured in relationships repaired, communities strengthened, and educators equipped with immediately actionable skills. Restorative practices don't always reduce neatly to a number, as sense of belonging and trust are hard to quantify, but our clients' feedback and our ongoing partnerships tell the story of our impact.
We work with a wide range of people and organizations, including schools, businesses, non-profits, faith-based organizations, young people, teachers, school counselors, youth workers, administrators, community leaders, and others who want to bring Restorative Practices to their particular context. Individuals from all over the country have participated in our online trainings.
By The Numbers
We survey participants after every workshop — not to collect impressive numbers, but to keep improving. Since April 2024, we've gathered feedback from 375 participants across 13 workshop sessions. Here's what we’ve learned:

Hours volunteered by our team as facilitators and trainersFacilitator quality is consistently where we score highest :
across every session that asked, participants rated our facilitators 4.5 out of 5 on average for preparedness and knowledge — with over two-thirds giving the top score.
“Beth did a great job with our session and we look forward to applying the learned skills to our practice.”
Beyond satisfaction, we also want to know whether training changes what people actually do. In the sessions where we asked participants directly about their intent to use what they learned, over 9 in 10 said they planned to apply the new skills immediately.
"This is truly one of the best workshops I have attended as an educator! It feels so applicable to the work that I already do and I have already seen positive changes as a result!"
