real impact.

Real relationships,

At Pathways to Restorative Communities (P2RC), our work is measured in relationships repaired, communities strengthened, and educators equipped with skills they can use immediately. Restorative practices don't always reduce neatly to a number (a sense of belonging and trust is hard to quantify) but our clients' feedback and our on-going partnerships tell the story of our impact.

We work with a wide range of people and organizations, including schools, businesses, non-profits, faith-based organizations, young people, teachers, school counselors, youth workers, administrators, community leaders, and others who want to bring Restorative Practices to their particular context. Individuals from all over the country have participated in our online trainings.

By The Numbers

Since April 2024, we've gathered feedback from 375 participants across 13 workshop sessions. Here's what the data shows:

Beyond satisfaction, we also want to know whether training changes what people actually do. In the sessions where we asked participants directly about their intent to use what they learned, over 9 in 10 said they planned to apply the new skills immediately.

That’s a promising sign that the skills are sticking well past the workshop itself.

"This is truly one of the best workshops I have attended as an educator! It feels so applicable to the work that I already do and I have already seen positive changes as a result!"
