Businesses
Grounded in the values and principles of Restorative Justice, Restorative Practices offer a powerful framework for conflict resolution, organizational development, and healthy culture creation. More and more organizations—from small teams to companies led by Chief People Officers or Human Resources leaders—are using Restorative Practices to strengthen communication, deepen trust, and create workplaces where people feel connected and valued.
Rather than waiting for unresolved issues to escalate, Restorative Practices provide a proactive process for addressing everyday tensions, facilitating difficult conversations, and supporting meaningful organizational change. This approach allows employees to hear diverse perspectives, solve problems collaboratively, and engage in equitable decision-making while building, maintaining, and repairing relationships across the organization.
When serious conflict does arise, restorative circles support resolution in ways that de-escalate tension and repair relationships. Companies and organizations that employ restorative processes for conflict mediation save both time and resources. Rather than isolating employees or relying on costly legal interventions, businesses can help their personnel remain in “right relationship” with one another and then return their focus to the work at hand.
If your organization is ready to improve communication, reduce conflict, support stronger leadership, and build a healthier workplace culture, we can help. Scroll down to learn how Restorative Practices can support your team, department, or entire organization.
Training
Our professional development for workplace teams combines foundational and experiential and learning. Participants explore the philosophy and values underpinning Restorative Practices in the workplace, and actively engage in restorative circles, case studies, role-plays, and collaborative exercises. Workshops are designed to help managers, HR professionals, and team members build trust, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve conflict resolution skills. When appropriate, participants complete assignments to practice, design, and implement restorative practices, ensuring they are actively applying new skills to enhance team collaboration, foster belonging, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Coaching
Our workplace coaching offers personalized support for managers, HR professionals, and team members who want to strengthen workplace relationships, improve communication, and build a positive organizational culture. Some participants prefer one-on-one coaching to workshops or would like additional practice and mentoring after attending Restorative Practices training. We provide in-person and virtual coaching tailored to the unique needs and goals of each team or individual.
Our coaching can help participants navigate conflicts, apologize effectively, repair workplace harm, and implement restorative practices in day-to-day interactions. We also guide leaders in starting up and sustaining a healthy workplace culture, fostering trust, collaboration, and belonging. P2RC’s workplace coaching is fully customized to help teams and leaders build stronger relationships, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a culture rooted in dignity and respect.
Circle Facilitation
P2RC facilitates restorative circles as part of our workplace conflict resolution services. Our process provides a structured and supportive space for workplace mediation, conflict management, and relationship repair, helping teams address issues authentically and move forward productively. Unlike traditional conflict mediation services, we use pre-interviews to understand perspectives, then design a tailored restorative process that encourages honest sharing, collaboration, and solution-focused conversations. Circles help build trust, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a positive workplace culture rooted in dignity and respect.
Team Building
Boost team morale and strengthen workplace relationships with Restorative Practices. P2RC offers fun problem-solving activities, team building games, and restorative circles that help employees build trust, improve communication, and address conflicts constructively. Our interactive sessions leave teams energized, connected, and ready to foster a positive, resilient workplace culture.
“I’m sending along much appreciation for the way you two held and guided the circle today. The way it unfolded was much better than I could have imagined. And it couldn’t have happened this way if you hadn’t done such a thorough job of interviewing & assimilating beforehand. I’m sure it was a ton of work but it will really help [us] settle down and move forward.”
